Qigong can be practised seated and is therefore a great activity for older people and those recovering from injuries or operations.

Qigong is a gentle way to improve balance and flexibility.

1:1 Classes

Maybe you are returning to exercise after a period of illness or injury…or just a busy period.

A 1:1 can provide reassurance and is ideal if you have specific needs or need a confidence boost before trying a group class.
